"Grief is the last act of love we give to those we loved"

The importance of a dignified, meaningful and ‘true-to-life’ story told by way of a funeral or memorial cannot be underestimated. The funeral ritual is a way of expressing our beliefs, thoughts and feelings about the death of someone loved.  Rich in symbolism, a meaningful funeral ceremony should give testimony to the life of the deceased and provide support to mourners.

An authentic funeral ceremony has enormous power to help the grieving to better acknowledge and accept the death of their loved one and offers continuity and hope for families to commence a future without them.

As a funeral celebrant I take the time to get to know your loved one through personal interview with you and your family and collaborate with you to craft a beautiful, unique and heartfelt tribute.

Many families find the process of collating memories, and incorporating music, poetry and other symbolism incredibly healing.

TESTIMONIAL

It was a very difficult time when my husband passed away, but Robbie supported me and guided me through the whole process in a way which eased my burden and grief greatly.   Robbie went above and beyond with the preparation of the ceremony.  She took time to listen, asked lots of questions about my husband and  sought to understand him to be able to give a perfect tribute to his life.  She didn't even mind last minute changes to the ceremony.
The funeral service was kind, compassionate and heartfelt.  Many of our friends commented on what a beautiful service it was.  I am deeply grateful for Robbie's compassion and professionalism.  I would recommend her services to anyone.
