Client Service Agreement

As a full-time, professional Commonwealth Registered Civil Celebrant, my promise is to provide you “the client” with the following:

  •      A complete and professional celebrancy service, which fulfills all Australian Statutory requirements
  •     A no-obligation first meeting to discuss my services and your requirements, so you can decide if I’m the celebrant right for you
  •     As much guidance and support you need in choosing and writing the personalised elements of your ceremony and assistance in writing your vows
  •     Re-draft your ceremony as often as needed until you are 100% happy
  •     A comprehensive Ceremony Resource Kit, including ideas and options available to you, to assist you in choosing the type of ceremony you desire
  •     A unique and personalised ceremony in line with your wishes and requirements, based on our meetings and ceremony questionnaire
  •     Delivery of your ceremony in a professional, warm and personal manner
  •     Unlimited phone calls and email correspondence during the planning stages of your ceremony
  •     A rehearsal of your ceremony (if requested and on-site if possible)
  •     “All-inclusive fee” (no hidden costs) decided upon at initial meeting
  •     All celebrant taxes, including civil celebrant annual registration charge
  •     50kms of travel is included in my fee and .70c per km, for every km thereafter
  •     I arrive a minimum of 45 minutes prior to scheduled ceremony commencement time
  •     I always dress in a professional manner to suit the style of the occasion and in consultation with you
  •     Professional and portable Mipro P.A. system with headset and wireless microphone, including CD player
  • Compilation of your ceremony music
  •     Beautifully presented signing table with white damask tablecloth if required
  •     Covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and have Copyright Access Licence
  •     Preparation and lodgment of all necessary documentation with Births, Deaths and Marriages (Victoria) for registration of your marriage
  •     At all times conduct myself in accordance with the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants (Marriage Regulations, 1963 (37L)
